While Dale and I were not close in high school, we attended Idaho State University together and we earned our Bachelor degree in 1970 (Dale) and 1971 for me. We were good friends during college and upon graduation Dale went to California to work for Northrop Aviation.
He returned to Pocatello in the early 1990’s and lived on his investments and kep himself busy working at AMI Semiconductors; California was good for him and he deserved it. He married his college sweetheart and has several children. I moved to Oregon and we lost touch, but upon my return to Idaho I went to see him and found out he had died.
Dale was a good man, a good dad and a good husband and many of us miss him.
