Jack died of a heart attack early in 2011. I was able to see and talk to Jack a few months prior to his death. As always he was glad to see an old friend and was as friendly as I remember him. He talked about his daughter and how much he missed her. I will miss Jack, he and I had been friends since we were 5 years old. Old friends are always the best. Bill Roberts
